The spiritual teachings of the ancient Egyptian god Osiris were purportedly "dictated", or channeled through H.S. Randall-Stevens (El Eros). The introduction written by Dr. W.P. Miles, a frequent witness to "the so-called inspirational writings and automatic drawings as they were actually produced." Dr. Miles writes that the writings and drawings started in early February of 1925...occurred daily...the rate was exceptionallly fast, was without erasure Explanation for the drawings came, through the writing at the end of September, 1925.. The writer as "a man who at no period of his existence has shown any inclination to draw or to have acquired any knowledge ...of Egyptian history and Egyptology generally...A more tenable hypothesis is that the work is that of a Superior Intelligence coming from beyond and using the writer as a medium...
